Sunroom is a rapidly growing venture-backed startup that's improving the way people lease homes.
We've created a platform that enables renters to self-tour properties apply & lease inside our app. Thousands of renters have leased using our new platform. Sunroom was started by the Favor founders, Ben & Zac. Sunroom closed our series A this spring of 2021 and now has a talented team of over 30 employees. This role is based in our Scottsdale, Arizona office.
This position will be building relationships with real estate agents and brokers. You can read about the product offering you'll be selling on this landing page. You'll be working closest with the Director of Sales, Cody Frank.

What you'll be doing:
Building daily pipeline of prospects to cold-call and close (usually anywhere from 50-75 dials/day.)
Running and closing either phone and/or Zoom demonstrations
Managing the full sales cycle from introductions through closing. You’re not just booking demos; you are walking customers through the relatively short process from start to finish!
Learning and applying daily and weekly sales trainings and procedures.
Execute various outbound sales strategies - you’re not scared of cold calling!
A positive, go-getter attitude who embraces not only change, but an evolution in a growing company, and most importantly passionate about getting the job done on a daily basis with their team members.
Experience in a short sales cycle (30-60 days).
You know how to every now and then kick it into high gear because you are goal-oriented and metrics-driven.
Experience with CRM systems and Excel and/or Google Sheets. (We use Hubspot)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - not just for customers, but for internal purposes as well!
