Sunroom is a property-tech startup, headquartered in central Austin. At Sunroom we are responsible for leasing thousands of homes and apartments. We've created a platform that enables renters to self-tour properties and apply inside our app.

Our ideal Listing Support Specialist ensures that all property listing information is accurate when listings are displayed for renters, and helps our teams in account management and renter support, to ensure successful renter tours.

This position will work remotely from Mexico on a permanent basis.


What you'll do:

  • Property Postings and Updates: You’ll assist with posting our Partners’ properties on various external websites for promotion, coordinating photographers for the home posting on our platform, and verify that details are accurate. Once properties are rented, you will help to remove them from online marketing platforms.

  • Renter Tour and Application Support: You'll provide information and manage logistics for our teams who help renters arrange property tours, apply for homes and submit applications and deposits.

Requirements

  • Full-Time: We're looking for candidates who will be willing to work full-time, six days a week (schedule TBD), including at least one weekend day.

  • Afternoons and Early Evenings: Weekday work hours will be approximately 12pmCT - 8pmCT, and weekend hours will be flexible.

  • Comfortable Working Virtually: You have worked virtually before, and are very reliable when working alone from home.

  • Bilingual: You are bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English. We also require great written English communication skills.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using and learning new technology. We have developed world-class proprietary software, with many automated processes to help you do your work efficiently! You are used to having multiple applications and windows open while you work.

  • Highly Organized: You are highly organized, and able to track multiple moving pieces at once, in a high-volume environment.

  • Follow-Through: You have a strong practice of follow-through, and take the actions that you say you will.

  • Adept Communicator: You are at ease communicating with renters and owners, whether via phone, email or text. You’re comfortable picking up the phone when needed.

Preferences:

  • Real Estate or Sales Experience: Experience with apartment or house leasing is a bonus!

  • Education: Completion of an accredited, four-year degree is preferred but not required.
