We have reimagined the end-to-end experience, so renters can self-tour properties, apply, & lease inside our app. Our partners, real estate agents, and property managers use our platform to take care of all the hassle, from photos, yard sign setup, and marketing to back-office operations. Our platform gives complete visibility into every aspect of leasing.


We have raised over $14 million from top-tier investors, including NextGen, Gigafund, Draper Associates & Founders Fund. Our investors have also backed the likes of SpaceX, Tesla, and Facebook. Our founders, Ben and Zac, started, scaled, and sold Favor Delivery to HEB in 2018.

Why is Sunroom hiring for this role?

We are in the process of expanding to the Southeast United States. You'll be the boots on the ground in the market, working with our key partners. We have multiple significant accounts, which we'll work closely with to lease a few thousand homes. You'll be supported through our Austin Headquarters. 


Role Responsibilities:




    • Lease homes quickly and spot-check issues: We’ve built teams that handle most of the back-office operations, including lease processing, marketing descriptions, photography, field operations, etc., but you’ll be spot-checking that everything is going smoothly and pointing out issues if you see any. You’ll prevent partners from withdrawing properties by addressing problems proactively You'll execute our playbook to ensure homes are getting leased quickly.

    • Leasing Activities: You'll conduct CMA pricing reports, review listing marketing descriptions, generate condition reports, and other administrative activities.

    • Communicating with Partners: You'll partner with our account management team. Collectively you’ll communicate with our partners at every step and ensure they get the most out of our service. That includes check-ins throughout the leasing process. You’ll provide quick response times on all emails, texts, and calls from partners. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to partners. Additionally, you will communicate notes on partners' properties in our CRM and internal tools.

Requirements


  • Must be a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Arizona.
  • You must have leasing or property management experience.
  • Work weekends and evenings, as needed. This is more involved than a 9-to-5 role.
  • Experience working with customer success, account management, or sales teams is a significant plus for this role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • You enjoy using technology and pick up on new systems quickly.

  • The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
