Leasing Account Manager (Austin)
Sunroom is a real estate brokerage, headquartered in downtown Austin. We're reinventing leasing to empower renters. Our company was started by the Favor founders and has been growing exponentially since it was launched in early 2018. We're designing technology to dramatically improve the rental experience for both our agents & renter clients. We're currently responsible for hundreds of doors and have became the largest leasing-brokerage in Austin.
As the Account Manager, you'll be overseeing leasing operations for our "agent partners". You'll be their point contact to ensure that Sunroom clients have a five star experience on every transaction. The ideal candidate for this position will be self-motivated, detail-oriented and a strong communicator.
Account Management and Support: You'll be the primary point contact for our growing base of agent partners. You'll trouble-shoot and be a point contact over phone/email/text.
Leasing Operations: You'll oversee listings from vacancy through lease sign. It's your responsibility to making listings look amazing and that lease the portfolio of properties quickly.
Back-office Processing: You'll process applications and communicate with our renter clients. You'll be doing a lot of "transaction coordinator" type of workflows.

- Must be a licensed real estate agent in Texas.
+3 years of experience with leasing operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You enjoy using technology and pick up on new systems quickly.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and be detail-oriented.
- Willing to work from our office in central Austin.
Work weekends and evenings as needed. This is more involved than a 9 to 5 role.
