Sunroom is on a mission to improve the way people lease homes. Since we launched, thousands of renters have found their homes through our easy-to-use app. We enable renters to self-tour properties and apply online.

What will I be selling?

Sunroom partners with property managers to do their leasing operations. We handle everything, including taking photos, marketing properties, application processing, security deposits, and lease drafting. Read more about what we're selling here. 

What's the day-to-day for this role?

  • You'll be calling/emailing/texting property management companies to pitch them how they can use Sunroom to assist with leasing. 
  • You will be booking product demo calls for the Director of sales. 
  • Be prepared to be making +50 calls every day.
  • Keeping your CRM updated with call notes and statuses about your book of business. We are currently using Hubspot as our CRM tool.

Where will I be working?

From your home! The sales reps for this position will be hired in Mexico. 

Other requirements:

  • At least six months of call center or inside sales experience is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication
  • You have used CRMs in the past and can pick up new technologies quickly.
  • We are looking for bright, driven, committed, and authentic humans.

How much money will I be earning? 

You'll receive a competitive base compensation plus commissions for each demo you book.
