For the average renter, leasing a home is filled with stress and uncertainty. We have reimagined the end-to-end experience, so renters can self-tour properties, apply, & lease inside our app. Our partners, real estate agents and property managers use our platform to take care of all the hassle from photos, yard sign setup, marketing to back-office operations. Our platform gives full visibility into every aspect of leasing.


We have raised over $11 million from top-tier investors including Founders Fund Seed, Gigafund, and Tim Draper. Our investors have also backed the likes of SpaceX, Tesla, and Facebook. 


Role Summary:

Sunroom partners with busy, top performing real estate agents, to assist with the cumbersome leasing process. This role will be instrumental in developing our digital marketing tactics, to drive acquisitions and activations within this customer segment. 


You’ll segment the 100,000 Realtors across Texas, to build buyer personas, and run complex drip campaigns and landing pages to create leads for the Sunroom Sales team. You’ll be responsible for converting the leads through the funnel by building relationships and trust through content creation. You’ll be expected to establish our voice and brand image -- as a thought leader in the real estate space.


You’ll be the first member of the team to build partner focused SEO and SEM campaigns. It’s expected that you have experience building web pages and A/B testing content to drive engagement. 


You’ll lay the foundation for our early growth team. This will be an individual contributor position for now, but could potentially grow into a position with direct reports. You’ll be working closely with the Product, Sales and the founding team. This role is expected to work from the office in Austin, TX, at least a few days a week. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Build lead generation and account-based-marketing programs to source new leads and engage customers after they're on-boarded. You’ll be developing, testing and iterating on drip marketing campaigns.

  • Testing growth hacks. Building dynamically generated web pages, which uses property data and public agent information to entice and convert prospects into customers.

  • Partner closely with Sales to align on priorities, and enable them to meet their business objectives.

  • Influence the development of content including thought leadership and sales narratives. This includes writing customer white papers and case studies.

  • Measure the impact of work by establishing the right critical metrics, developing reports and communicating results with leadership and cross-functional teams. You’ll be closely monitoring the customer funnel conversions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in B2B Marketing in various capacities.

  • You’re a demand gen marketer with a range of skills including account-based marketing, event planning, analytics, email, paid, marketing operations, copywriting, and editing.

  • Experience working directly with Product and Sales departments to build complex engines of growth.

  • Deep understanding of demand generation strategies. SEO & SEM, digital marketing.

  • Highly data-driven and technically fluent marketer. You’re highly effective at leveraging data to improve decision making and have experience with various tools and technology within the marketing tech stack to maximize impact.

  • Experience with CRM's, email marketing, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong marketing competencies across GTM messaging, content creation, storytelling and sales enablement.

  • Has a proven track record in influencing, taking to market, and driving the adoption of consumer SaaS products, and liaising with and activating growth and marketing channels.
